Adidas Done With Teyana Taylor

It looks as if Rihanna has won once again. Two months ago, a Twitter beef altercation between the G.O.O.D music artist and the “Umbrella” singer broke out. Teyana posted a video on her Instagram page of herself singing, and within the same hour, Rihanna’s stylist posted a spoof of Taylor’s performance. After it went viral, Twitter punches were thrown from both parties:

And that is just there background pictures. Here is a view of the actual tweets between the two:

As you can see, Rihanna said something and moved on, while Teyana continued to tweet about the situation. Her actions led to a petition getting started and sent to Adidas to have her gym shoes removed from their inventory.

Teyana Taylor debuted her first collaborative sneaker with adidas called the Original Harlem Good Luck Charm just last February.

The success of the shoe prompted a second collaboration with her and Adidas that was suppose to hit stores in November, but seeing that it is now December the fans wanted to know why.

When contacted by TMZ and MadameNoire, an Adidas spokes person spoke freely about the situation. “We have ended our relationship with Teyana Taylor and do not have any upcoming product launches with her.” He continued on to say, “all I can say is that adidas partners with athletes and artists who blend well with our brand values. We evaluate our relationships with partners based on the values we hold at adidas and we don’t condone violence of any kind.”

First Chris Brown, then Ciara, now Teyana Taylor has been touched by the hands of the sinister pop star. Her shoes were very creative so it shouldn’t be a surprise if she catches another deal with another company. As of now, Teyana has not spoken out about the situation, but we will keep you posted as it unfolds.
