On Monday Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie was able to speak with the press about his plans now that he is a free man. The press conference was courtesy of Trill Entertainment and Atlantic Records Watch Below:
The press conference was quite entertaining thanks to Lil Boosie especially when he was heard saying quote ” they said I had more release dates than Jordan” causing the audience of press and fellow rappers Jeezy, Bun B and Webbie to laugh.
Lil Boosie when asked how many songs he wrote in prison replied with 1,018 which he says will be used some on his upcoming album. He also said that he will be shooting a video for his song Show the World featuring close friend/rapper Webbie which has 1 million plus views on YouTube.
He also admits that he has more fans due to trending on social media websites such as Twitter and Instagram. During the press conference he explains he feels he is a better artist says he had a lot of stories about what his family went through and his people. When asked how do he plans to stay on top of the rap world he responded “I Feel like the music I got the rap game is wide open for me to take over. The music on radio is different from my music.” So to all of the rappers out there on the radio’s look out because it sounds like he plans to come at you.
I just want to say on behalf of DezJermaine.com we are very happy that Lil Boosie is back in the music industry. He is one of few rappers that step into the story telling of rap music to show people what experiences most people growing up in the inner cities of urban ghettos go through, something that was lost for quite a while after the 2pac’s and Scarface’s were not around.
